This week we start our new series in the parables: Stories Jesus Told. It will start this week with the parable of the soils, from Luke 8:4-15. Jesus tells us this parable is key to understanding all the parables, and indeed, understanding how people can live a flourishing life. Namely, by receiving God’s Word, holding onto it, and putting it into practice.
